Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): 1–3 business days (metro areas)

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We currently ship Australia-wide.

  • All orders include tracking, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

  • If international shipping is enabled, costs and timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays & Issues

  • Made in Alignment is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking link. If you need further assistance, contact us at help@madeinalignment.com.au.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work with you to resolve the issue.
